Giveaway Terms and Conditions

Winner will be chosen at Random by Dan’s Pet Care
You agree to be contacted via phone, text and email otherwise we will not be able to notify a winner and will move to the next option
Eligibility: The giveaway is open to residents of Brooklyn, Queens, and Long Island who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Entry Period: 12/18/24 through 01/31/25.
Winner announcement: 02/01/24
Winner Selection: The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the entry period.
Prize: The prize consists of a full year of doggy daycare services at Dan's Pet Care, including doggy daycare, grooming, and training as applicable. The prize is non-transferable and has no cash value.
Notification: The winner will be notified via Instagram
Verification: To claim the prize, the winner may be required to provide proof of eligibility, such as identification and proof of residence.
Publicity: By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow Dan's Pet Care to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation.
Taxes: The winner is solely responsible for any taxes associated with the prize.
