Things we are asking of you as a client

  • Please wipe down doorknobs and any other contact surfaces if possible

  • Please wipe down leash with sanitizing wipes

  • Wipe down QR code 

  • Protocol Changes

    • No treats

    • No filling water bowls unless otherwise told

    • No photos during walks

    • Please do not make direct contact with staff

    • Staff are instructed to not use and of the facilities in your home 

    • Please wear a mask if you are handing the dog off to our team members

    • Potential changes to normally scheduled team member

    • Training exisiting team members to minimize number of visitors

    • We ask that if your dog wears a harness or special collar that you put it on prior to our arrival   

    • Walks will possible be clocked in 2 minutes shorter due to the fact that we are not spending any additional time in the for your and our team members safety

Different Non-Contact Visits

  • Client Not Home

    • Please bring QR code and leash closest possible to point of entry

    • Notify us if anything has changes in your home

  • Client Home

    • Point of Entry

      • Our team member will come in as normal

      • Please do not interact with them

      • Please have harness on dog prior to our arrival

    • Direct Handoff

      • Please wear a mask (mandatory) and gloves (if  possible)

      • Minimize conversation

      • Bring QR code for staff to scan in

      • Staff will return dog without needing any assistance

    • Backyard Pickup

      • Staff will enter yard

      • Prior to the visit please make us aware of the location of the leash and QR code

      • We will return your dog to the yard unless otherwise specified
