The Saluki, also known as the Persian Greyhound or the Royal Dog of Egypt, is a breed of dog that has been around for thousands of years. The breed is believed to have originated in the Fertile Crescent, an area that covers parts of present-day Egypt, Iraq, and Iran, where they were used for hunting by nomadic tribes.
The Labrador Retriever, also known simply as the Labrador or the Lab, is a beloved breed of dog that has a rich history dating back to the early 19th century. Originally bred in Newfoundland, Canada, the Labrador Retriever was developed to help fishermen with tasks such as retrieving fish that had escaped from nets and hauling in lines.
A hairless cat is bound to get somebody’s attention. Their sleek, shiny and regal appearance has made turned them into a popular breed of house cat all across the United States. When they aren’t helping Dr. Evil, they make excellent members of the family.
